POLICY

TERMS: A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. Each purchase order must be completed, signed and accompanied with a deposit before order is placed.

When placing your order you will be given an estimated time of delivery. You may call at any time for status of your order.

All orders are shipped C.O.D., final payment is expected before pickup or delivery of any merchandise. You will be required to pay the shipper directly for all shipping cost. Before leaving our warehouse each item is carefully inspected. If your order arrives damaged please advise the shipper and immediately notify J. R. CONTE Ltd.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We welcome custom orders. Each custom order must come with specifications, exact dimensions, type of wood, finishes and hardware to be used. If a drawing is prepared by J. R. CONTE Ltd, a fee will be charged for each sketch. J. R. CONTE Ltd. retains the rights to all drawings and custom designs.

GENERAL INFORMATION: J. R. CONTE Ltd. furniture is built of New England pine and alder wood, unless otherwise specified. Like antiques, our furniture will age with time, wood shrinkage will occur. We do not take responsibility for damage due to excessive sunlight or climatic changes. If possible, try to maintain a constant temperature.
